Thank you for your interest. I’m afraid this site does not yet contain any revealing technical details of the phase engines referred to in the heading. It merely previews a presentation that does contain such details. After many years of pondering, I have developed a wealth of new rotary engine geometry  and have nearly finished the 700-megabyte animated presentation that will describe the hyper-speed rotary phase engines that could emerge from my work. The term ‘phase engine’ is my own. The word ‘phase’ is also an acronym that identifies the essential elements of the overall concept.

The purpose of this site is to announce this development and to attract the interest of investors. Without significant financial support, I will be unable to afford the very expensive international patent protection that my prolific inventiveness has necessitated. The animated presentation will soon be ready to be made available to any prospective investor who can convince me of his integrity and who can offer guaranteed financing for patents in advance. I will have to trust the investor with some of my intellectual property. He will have to trust me with some of his money. It’s that simple. My risk will be the possible loss of years of labour. His risk will be the possible part ownership of worthless patent rights. That’s all. I will not ask for a deal that would allow me to be enriched without giving value in return. But I will demand one that guarantees funds for patents before I divulge all my secrets.
